Our School of Leaders operates in four strategic points of training as follows:

1. TASK EQUIPPING SEMINARS (TES) trains leaders in various ministries such as: Ushering, Altar Work, Prophetic, Prayer, and other related areas.
2. MINISTRY APPLICATIONS FOR PASTORING (MAP) trains leaders in what is called the “Care of Souls”. Here leaders learn overall pastoring skills such as counseling, discipleship, friendship evangelism, group dynamics, spiritual gifts and general leadership. This training is primarily focused on those who are involved as “Life Care Leaders.”
3. LEADERS EQUIPPED IN APOSTOLIC DEPLOYMENT (LEAD) trains Leaders who have grasped apostolic concepts and are committed to the emerging apostolic dimensions of our church.
4. STRATEGIES IN WORKPLACE INITIATED MINISTRIES (SWIM) trains leaders to take the Kingdom message beyond the confines of the “Nuclear Church” (the church gathered on Sunday) to the “Extended Church” (the church functioning strategically in the workplace).

- Life Groups

Life Groups: are small, informal groups that most often meet outside the venue of the church building; such as homes, coffee shops, workplaces etc. Here you can establish friendships, receive inspiration and encouragement to live out your life as a believer. Sometimes the discussion time in a Life Group is centered on a topic of general interest, but it is always based upon the foundation of the Bible. There is a group waiting for you to attend!

- Family ministries

We are committed to minister to the whole family. Numerous special events are planned throughout the year for both, men and women, singles and married couples as well as youth and children.

- Connect // Youth Ministries

Connect is designed specifically for youth grades 8 – 12 that want to be proactive in society and want to excel in anything they do. Here they will meet other teens that are fun and can build long lasting relationships for a lifetime. At Connect, they will know not only about Jesus but they will know Him and learn how to live for Him in a practical way! We have food, games, worship (with a live band!), awesome teachings and during the summer we do lots of fun and crazy things! We truly want to see your heart and your life being transformed! It is never too late and you will be loved the moment you step in because He has loved us first! Come on out every Friday night at 7:30pm and live life to the fullest! (John 10:10)

- Deep Impact // Children ministries

We are a dedicated and energetic team of volunteers who are committed to making worship fun and meanigful for the children of Harvest City Church.
 
At our 10:30am Sunday worship service, the children are invited to worship in the sanctuary with the adults until 10:45. They are then dismissed for an energetic children's worship filled with singing, all-ages learning, skits and puppets. The children then are dismissed to participate in age appropriate, hands-on Bible-learning classes:
 
ages 0-3 - Parents' Room available for parents with small children (located at back of sanctuary)
ages 3-5 - Preschool/Kindergarten class 
ages 6-9 - Primary class 
ages 10-13 - Intermediate/Preteen class

- Kiev, Father’s House

In Kiev, Ukraine we have special ministry to orphans and street children. In particular we support a children’s home called Father’s House.

- Sister Cities

HCC works in conjunction with City Embassy in fostering a fraternity with selected world cities.  This involves friendship, mutual prayer for the respective cities, leadership encouragement and dialogue.  All of this happens at the church and business level.  Two of the cities at the moment where a lot of focus is given is Edinburgh Scotland and Guangzhou China.  Beyond this a number of other cities are on the radar.  Most recently is Yokohama Japan and Odessa Ukraine.
